Office Services Assistant        (ID: 12642)

This gentleman is a friendly, communicative and professional individual with 20 years experience in the General Office arena.

In his current role, it is his responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the department, by providing ongoing services to the mailroom, reprographics department and facilities helpdesk. His duties range from reception cover, machinery maintenance, mailing, maintaining stationery supplies, and office moves and changes as and when required.

From his agency interview, it is clear this gentleman is a customer focused individual with a high standard of communication skills. With extensive experience working with prestigious law firms, we have no hesitation recommending this candidate to any of our corporate clients.

He is keen to grow and develop his skills in his next permanent role. He has a notice period of 4 weeks.

Night Reprographic Operator        (ID: 10412)

An experienced Digital Reprographic Operator, our candidate has been working night shifts at client sites, including a global print company and a commercial legal overflow company. In addition to hands on operation, he has also supervised small teams, dealing with digital document production, printing and dispatch, scanning and post-dispatch operations.

He has experience with a range of software including Ricoh Aficio 1100 / 1300, Xerox 8080 / 4112, Xerox Docucolour 8000, Xerox Nuvera 144EA / 314EA and the Xerox Versant 2100. He has sound finishing knowledge and is competent using kit, such as, Ideal & Polar Guillotines and Renz AP 360 binding machine. Additionally he is proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Suite, QuarkXpress and Kofax Scanning Software.

Senior Porterage Operator        (ID: 12502)

Our candidate is a highly experienced Porterage Operator, with skills within post room, logistics and the loading bay.

His daily duties in his current role typically include supervising a team of eight with post room and logistics cover, coordinating staff rotas, recruiting new staff and following up with in-depth training, liaising with key stakeholders and management staff on a regular basis and ensuring health and safety standards are consistently upheld. He has IOSH, SIA and Manual Handling Certificates.
