You will be required to work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday on a salary of £21,000 to £23,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities will include operating all copiers and printers within the print roombinding and finishing work including folding, drilling, scanning projectspost and mail room support, booking couriers, general office duties.

Our legal client is seeking a skilled candidate to work in their Site Services department on a 3 month basis, with the possibility of a short extension. You will be responsible for recording a variety of material including Wills and Deeds, prepping, data entry, quality checking, profiling and documenting the material. Therefore someone with strong administration and computer skills is required, ideally with a background in data management. Other ad-hoc duties will include printing, scanning and elements of facilities/moves and changes.
