We will conduct a telephone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview to verify work history, relevant experience and skill levels. This enables us to guarantee candidates meet the exemplary standards required by our clients. Further vetting takes place following these interviews including proof of nationality, proof of residency, reference checks, confidentiality clause and new starter documents.
